Sophie trained with Body Control Pilates which offers the UK’s highest Pilates Qualification. She has been practicing Pilates herself now for years and has studied under many teachers, learning from their different techniques, and now enjoys teaching classes in her local area. Sophie enjoys running and swimming as well as Pilates and likes to get involved with local sports clubs.

I loved the way small and seemingly simple exercises could tone and strengthen your muscles but could also help to relieve aches and pains. Whilst training to be a sports massage therapist I realised how complementary the two disciplines were, so studied to become a Pilates teacher . I now use the two skills every day.” – Sophie
