Aromatherapy Massage treatments use pre-blended aromatherapy essential oils which are absorbed though the skin and create a massage that can be relaxing, calming, uplifting, energising or detoxifying.

- We offer 45 minute sports massage appointments.
- How do I know whether sports massage is right for me?
Massage can be of benefit to many conditions and injuries. We will monitor how you respond to your first few treatments and if needs be we can refer you to other health and wellness professionals if you are not improving.
