In addition to teaching Pilates, Sophie holds the UK’s highest sports massage qualification, a BTEC Level 5 Professional Diploma in Clinical Sport and Remedial Massage from London School of Sports Massage.

  • How long are appointments?

We offer 45 or 60 minute sports massage  appointments.

Myofascial Release appointments are 60 minutes.

  • How do I know whether sports massage is right for me?

Massage can be of benefit to many conditions and injuries. We will monitor how you respond to your first few treatments and if needs be we can refer you to other health and wellness professionals if you are not improving.

Her goal is to get you back to your track, pitch, golf course, boat or ski slope as quickly as possible – to help keep you active and prevent future injuries. She is an exercise fan herself and enjoys running, swimming, Pilates and personal training with people who can push her and inspire her.
